Consultation has concluded

This patient-led project aims to improve access to the TYA team.

We will work with young people through development of a poster, web page and blog series.

This is an opportunity for you to get involved in helping us to increase the visibility of the TYA team and ensure that all teenagers and young adults receiving care at the Royal Marsden are aware of all the opportunities and services they can access.

We want to create an interactive webpage that is both informative and fun to access and we need your help to create this: formatting, testimonials and interviews.

Shaumya was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma when she was 18. Shauumya joined the AfterThoughts podcast hosted by the Teenage Cancer Trust to talk about the unconditional, relentless loving care her parents gave her, facing Cancer Week at uni directly after speaking to us, meeting your cancer icons (who knew they were a thing 'til you get cancer, right?!) and getting fertility treatment as a single person who barely feels adult enough to make the decisions they're being asked to.
